I build software that moves real money at a global financial firm, where correctness is not a preference and latency is not cosmetic. I work across both the product surfaces people use every day and the tooling my team builds them with: AI agents that carry work from ticket to merged code, and retrieval systems that make a large codebase answerable.

An agent that carries a ticket from JIRA to a merged MR
Wrote an agent, subagents plus skills, that runs the full change lifecycle: reads the ticket, generates the code, orchestrates the CI/CD run, and resolves reviewer comments on the merge request. It works alongside GitHub Copilot and Claude Code rather than replacing them, so engineers keep the tools they already trust.

Applied AI
A copilot over the product's docs, code, and live systems
Indexed 5,000+ Confluence pages and 24 repositories into a retrieval layer that answers both product and codebase questions. Gave it tool access to Splunk, PagerDuty, JIRA, and GitLab so it can pull an alert, gather its own context, and work through root-cause analysis, instead of only citing documents back at you.

Performance
Finding the slow thing and removing it
Profiled the platform's main dashboard end to end, cached shared responses on the client so sibling pages stopped refetching, and worked with the backend team to collapse service hops. Separately, traced the monorepo's GitLab pipeline stage by stage and cut redundant build, test, and deploy jobs, then added SonarQube gating on merge requests and cleared the pre-existing violations rather than grandfathering them.
